FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) - We have an update on the police activity from earlier this week that occurred along the Steese Highway.

Fairbanks Police Department report that two vehicles rammed into each other on Wednesday, December 9th around 5:45 a.m. between the Johannsen Expressway and Trainer Gate Road.

Officers found three occupants in one vehicle on the median of the Steese Highway. A male and female with gunshot wounds were transported to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital where they were treated and released. Two of the occupants were identified as Gabrielle Titus of Fairbanks, and Brandon Laszloffy of North Pole. Titus was the uninjured driver.

FPD, with the assistance of Alaska State Troopers located the driver of the second vehicle — Roger Brown Jr. of Fairbanks. Detectives later learned that Titus and Laszloffy met up with Brown near Birch Hill Cemetery on the morning of December 9th under the guise of buying heroin. Titus and Laszloffy then tried to rob Brown at gunpoint. Brown then pulled out a gun and fired multiple times hitting two of the three occupants. Brown and Titus were arrested and booked at Fairbanks Correctional Center.

FPD is seeking an arrest warrant for Laszloffy.
