FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) -
Matanuska Valley - King Salmon “catch and release” only. Good Pike and Rainbow Trout.
Kenai River - Good Sockeye opportunity in Kenai River. King Salmon off-limits.
Prince William Sound - Halibut catches are great. So are Rockfish. No salmon yet.
Lakes and River - Chitina dipnet fishery closes Sunday at midnight. No Kings allowed.
