FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) -
Matanuska Valley - The King salmon is catch and release only. Good area for pike and rainbow trout.
Kenai River - There’s some good sockeye opportunities, keep your eye out. However, the king salmon catches are very slow.
Prince William Sound Region - Halibut catches are great, pink salmon catches are just beginning to arrive.
