FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) -
Dalton/Elliott Highway: Watch out for icy patches, reduce your speed while snow is still on the roadway, plowed snow along the road
Steese/Richardson Highway: Black ice is present, reduce speed due to slippery roads, ice build up as well
Parks Highway: Bridges could be slippery, icy patches, and snow on the roadway
