Takodah Veach apprehended by law enforcement
FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) - 22-year-old Takodah Veach was arrested by Alaska State Troopers near Nenana this afternoon, Saturday, January 22 according to Teal Soden, Communications Director for the Fairbanks Police Department.
Veach was wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred on Slater St. in Fairbanks on January 18. A male person was killed and a female person was injured and taken the hospital.
A $1,000,000 warrant for Veach’s arrest was put out by Alaska State Troopers on January 19 according to Fairbanks Court. Takodah Veach faces second-degree murder and first-degree assault charges.
