FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) - On January 26 in Juneau, Governor Mike Dunleavy drew the names of the four winners in the third annual Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) Education Raffle.

8,800 Alaskans donated a portion of last year’s PFD for public education, with some of that money going to the raffle prizes.

A total of more than $80,000 was awarded between the four winners, with first prize going to Molly Larmie.

Second prize was awarded to Rachael Carlson, third went to Hillary Partlow, and the fourth place winner was Sarah Virnig.

The raffle was established in 2018.
