Hazardous weather conditions. Thunderstorms with heavy rain possible through this evening, Tuesday August 2, 2022.
Today is very similar to Monday over the Eastern Interior, with numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms occurring this afternoon that will continue into this evening. Some of these thunderstorms will have heavy rain and half inch hail. This could cause brief urban flooding in parking lots, roads and drainage channels where the thunderstorms occur through this evening.
