FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) - The University of Alaska Theatre and Film Department is working to prepare a play by Niel LaBute for Fairbanks audiences.

The show, titled, “The Shape of Things,” explores art and relationships through the eyes of college students.

Auditions took place in November.

Since then, the four-person cast have spent months learning their lines and rehearsing for opening night.

The show is directed by Rachel Blackwell, and is being presented at the Lee. H. Salisbury Lab Theatre at the university’s Fine Arts Complex.

The play runs for two weekends starting Friday, February 24, and comes with an advisory that it is rated R for language and sexuality.
