FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) - Now that the days are getting longer and warmer and the snow is melting away, it is time to get your fishing gear out and catch some fish. Here’s a brief look around the state to see where the fish are at.
Matanuska Valley - Looking good for fishing as the ice is melting away.
Kenai River - Steel Head catch and release. A little too early for Rainbow Trout.
Prince William Sound - A fishing delight with lots of Kings and Chinooks reported.
