AST in search of Jeremy Fish and accomplice Christian Williams
FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) - A criminal caught by the Fairbanks Police Department three years ago is now on the loose.
On Friday, May 26, 40-year-old Jeremy Fish, and 29-year-old Christian Williams, evaded Alaska State Troopers during a traffic stop on College Road.
In an attempt to flee, they managed to crash the truck they were in and escape on foot. While in pursuit, Alaska State Troopers (AST) recovered a gun and drugs.
When originally contacted by AST, it was discovered that Fish had removed an ankle monitor.
In 2020, Fish was arrested after fleeing Fairbanks Police for crimes including robbery and assault. Fish was also arrested in February of 2023 for DUI and several counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance.
Law enforcement is asking for the public’s help in finding Jeremy Fish and his accomplice, Christian Williams. They are wanted for escape in the third degree and face other charges for weapons and drugs.
Anyone with information about Fish or Williams is asked to call 907-451-5100. You can also report an anonymous tip on the “AK TIPS app,” or online at the Alaska State Troopers website.
