FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) - The Alaska State Troopers (AST) are actively searching for Roy Shane Ewan II, of Gulkana.
He is believed to be currently in the Fairbanks area and has an active felony assault warrant for assault, kidnapping, and terroristic threatening.
