Credit Union 1 robbery in Anchorage

FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) - The Credit Union 1 branch located at 4020 Debarr Road in Anchorage was robbed on Monday, August 28 at approximately 2:46 p.m. according to a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) press release.

The FBI said the suspect entered the credit union and presented a demand note and threatened to harm people in the bank if the demands were not met.

The suspect is approximately 5 foot 11 inches to 6 feet tall and weighs around 170 pounds. He has a raspy voice and was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt and sunglasses.
