FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) - The KTVF Winter Trails Report brought to you by Frontier Outfitters and Total Toyo.
Birch Hill trails are packed and some very thin tracks are set on the Blackhawk, Chinook and Sonot Connector trails
For Salcha the 5k and stadium trails are packed and set to ski on.
The UAF trails for Stadium, Potato Field, T-field, and T-field Road are groomed and tracks have been set.
The Nordic Ski Club of Fairbanks is hosting free beginner ski lessons to kick of the ski season at Birch Hill recreation area with a 12:30 p.m. start time.
