Aaron Walling has been part of sports media since the Fall of 2012, where he started with play-by-play announcing for the Colony Knights in Palmer, AK. From there he went on to the University of Alaska Fairbanks for a Journalism degree, which he got in 2017. Aaron's passion for sports led him to incredible jobs as the voice for the Nanooks' men's and women's basketball live stream, writing for the News-Miner, and doing an assignment with BBC Radio 4 on Gov. Walker. At Channel 13, Aaron is the Sports Director/Anchor/Reporter, usually covering all sports. Aaron started working here on July 24th. Aaron is a sports fanatic, rooting for his Cleveland Browns. He is also married to his lovely wife Cecily.
