In her April 16 statement, the Transportation Secretary also said many smaller trucking firms are receiving aid through the Paycheck Protection Program and other relief legislation.
"Hi I'm Kimberly and this weeks 'Pet of the Week' is Fluffy. Fluffy is a two-year-old Alaskan husky who was brought to the shelter because her owner didn't have time for her.
She has been an outdoor dog for her whole life except she has not been on a chain so she is not really chain savvy.
She is kind of like a big puppy, she is really friendly and really affectionate. Fluffy has a lot of energy, she is an Alaskan husky so she is really athletic and she would be a great companion if you like to hike and if you maybe want to teach her how to skijour, something like that she would be a great companion for that.
If her new owners want her to be an indoor dog she has to be trained a lot like a puppy. She has to be house broken, kennel train, basic obedience, all that kind of stuff. She does well with other dogs here at the shelter and she is also friendly with children. So she is really well socialized she just doesn't have the training and the no how to be a good house dog just yet.
She is only two so she has a lot of potential and she is really smart and active and so she will be a really great companion for someone who has the time to put into her.
She is an Alaskan husky so she has a lot of fur and right now she is blowing her coat. She will be a really fun brushing project for someone.
Fluffy has other dog and cat friends looking for loving homes at the shelter as well."
