Police activity downtown leads to arrest of man connected with December homicide
Alaska State Troopers shut down a section of downtown Fairbanks Monday afternoon as they served a warrant for Gareth Lolnitz.

Brian Talbott has already been arrested and charged with first degree murder for the same incident.
