Track Palin, son of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, has pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing.
Track was originally charged with felony burglary, misdemeanor assault, and criminal mischief - when an altercation between him and his father left the elder Palin bleeding from the head.
According to officials - Sarah Palin said her son was on medication and was 'freaking out'.
Track will now enter into a Veterans Court program.
If he completes the program, he will serve ten days in jail... but If he doesn't, Track Palin will serve a *year in jail.
