- Two people were injured during a bank robbery Wednesday afternoon, according to Anchorage Police and the FBI.
It happened around 2:30 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank branch at 5740 Debarr Road.
Around 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday, the F.B.I, which took over the investigation from police, released two security cam photos of the suspects, who are yet to be identified.
The first subject is described as being around 5 foot 10 inches tall and was wearing a black beanie, black bandana, and black zip-up jacket at the time of the robbery.
The second suspect was around 6 foot 2 inches tall and was wearing sunglasses. This is the suspect seen above holding a shotgun.
Law enforcement is asking the public to call the Anchorage FBI at 907-276-4441, or APD at 311, with any information about the suspects or the crime.
Anchorage Police initially said the two people injured during the robbery were taken to a hospital. Monday night, the FBI said one of the victims was treated and released at the scene, the other was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
FBI Special Agent Steven Forrest told Channel 2 News "I don't want to share the manner in which they were injured or the injuries, but can state one was a customer and the other an employee."
