It has been an insanely Baseball-Heavy couple of days but we're still gonna find time to check in down south for the Valdez Halibut Derby Standings.

For week four, the Weekly leaders were both under 100 pounds.

Second Place for the week belongs to Colleen Darrell, who reeled in a 97 pounder on June 14th on the Jamie Lynn.

For first place in the Weekly Standings, Valdez's own Landi Beck landed a 99 pounder.

She also caught hers on June 14th, while the fish was caught on the mysterious Vessel known as "Private Boat".

The overall standings remain unchanged for another week.

Palmer residents take up second and third place, Jim Beach in third with a 119 pound halibut and Jordan Thomas in second with a 132 pounder.

North Pole's Clayson Wiley and his 148 pound Halibut are still in first place.

The Derby will run through September 2nd, so there is still plenty of time for you to head down and compete.

The angler with the heaviest fish at the end of the Derby will receive the $10,000 cash grand prize, while second place gets 3,000, and third will win 15 hundred.
